Cleaning of the catalyst, AdBlue SCR
Mix 250 ml of cleaner Kn with 750 ml of water. With a sprayer, inject the mixture before the SCR catalyst AdBlue through a hole probe.
Then, run the engine at about 1500 rpm the outdoors in with a bucket on the exhaust outlet to pick up the foam.
Then, use the AdBlue additive Mécarun Ad 35 to avoid the crystallization of AdBlue in the tank.
Cleaning of particle filters in degraded mode
1 – Mix 250 ml of cleaner Kn-DPF with 750 ml of water.
2 – Disconnect the two hoses from the pressure sensor for the DPF.
3 – With a pneumatic tool, inject the mixture through the hose of the pressure sensor (in front of the DPF) and let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes.
4 – then, run the engine outdoors at 2000 rpm, or use an exhaust fan, cover the hose with a screw and a clamp.
5 – Blow and reassemble the two hoses, and fix the faults of the engine with the tool.
6 – Add 250 ml of Eco 10,000 Diesel to the tank with 25 litres of diesel.
7 – Drive the vehicle in the mode of forced regeneration with the tool connected and a professional mechanic on board.
8 – When the vehicle can circulate in mode non-degradable, return to the workshop to disconnect the diagnostic tool. Then, drive the vehicle with the driver (following the instructions of the mechanical, as they vary according to the brand and type of vehicle). Drive until the indicator of the fuel reserve (in several trips, but at the most in a four-lane highway or motorway) to the DPF will clean up to a minimum with Eco 10.000.
9 – Use Mécarun C 99 Diesel at each refueling, in double dose, to avoid further clogging of the DPF, delete, sludge and bacteria in the tank and save fuel.
