Eco 10 000 Diesel
1 – Cleaning the EGR valve on the road:
Pour 250 ml of diesel Eco 10,000 in the fuel tank, which contains 25 litres of diesel (more or less 5 liters) + 5 ml of C 99. The air filter should be cleaned or changed.
Drive to a maximum of 2,000 to 2,500 rpm, up to reach the reserve, without change to the highest gear. This will allow you to consume these 25 litres of diesel treaty for a perfect cleaning.
EGR valves are closed around 2,700 rpm, depending on the brand, and also in the highest gear. For this reason, the EGR valve should be opened for cleaning.
If the intake ducts of air are very clogged, no air will enter in the correct ratio (1 g of fuel per 15 g of air). In this case, you should clean them at hand, along with the EGR valve.
2 – Cleaning of the DPF on the road:
Pour 250 ml of Eco 10.000 Diesel in the tank of 25 litres of diesel (more or less 5 liters) + 5 ml of C 99. The air filter should be cleaned or changed.
Drive the vehicle for four-lane highways or motorways to more than 100 km/h and in the higher gears until the tank reaches the level of reserves, on journeys of more than 20 minutes.
The goal is not just to turn off the witness of “DPF clogged”, but also clean the DPF to the maximum to save fuel by minimizing the regenerations.
While you eat these 25 litres of diesel with Eco 10.000 diesel in the city (except the maneuver), hold the engine at more than 2,000 rpm to avoid obstructions (the cleaning is done on the road) until the witness of “DPF clogged”.
If necessary, turn off the witness of blockage of the DPF after cleaning in a workshop equipped with a draft of failures (available online for about 50 €, as “OBD Facile”).
For the DPF in degraded mode, refer to the two solutions on our website: www.mecarun.fr/fap
C 99 Diesel
To save fuel, prevent pollution and reduce clogging
20 ml per 40 litres of diesel fuel in city driving and short journeys.
10 ml per 40 litres of diesel on the road.
– Save on the cost of replacing your EGR, DPF or turbocharger!
– Reduce the contamination of the engine in more than 50 % *on vehicles Euro 3 (see testimonials).
– Bacteriostasis (antibacterial).
– Anti-pollution: CO, CO2, Hc, NOx, Opacimetría (black smoke).
Wash motor for diesel engines
- Warm engine: Add 10% of Engine Flush to the volume of oil of the engine just before changing it.
- Let the engine idle for 10 to 15 minutes without driving, according to the level of pollution.
- Drain the oil immediately and install a new oil filter with the new oil.
- Then, add a bottle of P-18 (optional, but recommended).
Engine Flush is only for manual transmissions:
- Add 10% of Engine Flush to the volume of oil (drain a bit to leave space).
- Drive 50 to 100 km, even for several days.
- Drain the oil while it is hot.
- Add P-18 (recommended) with the new oil.
Dose of P 18 for 4-stroke engine
4 % of the volume of oil (example: 200 ml of P18 per 5 litres of oil (6 % for career). Add half the oil again at each change.
Gearboxes, shafts, reducers and extenders: 4 % of the volume of oil.
Gearbox automatic: 2 % of the volume of oil.
